Who operates this site. Signalproof is a brand, methodology, and service line offered and sold by AI No Hype. In this policy, “Signalproof,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Signalproof and its operator, AI No Hype, as applicable.

1. Scope

This policy applies to Signalproof websites, landing pages, funnels, checkouts, forms, calendars, events, training, coaching, consulting, implementation services, CRM environments, automations, memberships, digital products, AI-supported workspaces, and support communications. Third-party services have their own policies.

2. Information we collect

We may collect identifiers and contact details; business and operational information; form, intake, booking, and communication records; account and subscription information; transaction and refund records; CRM, lead, and customer data provided for authorized services; prompts, uploaded files, workflow instructions, and AI workspace activity; device, browser, IP, cookie, analytics, and security data; and testimonials or media permissions you choose to provide.

Do not submit sensitive, regulated, or third-party information unless it is necessary and you have authority to provide it.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, personalize, secure, and support purchased services.
  • Process payments, bookings, intake, onboarding, delivery, subscriptions, refunds, and support.
  • Configure CRM systems, forms, funnels, calendars, workflows, dashboards, and AI-supported tools.
  • Send transactional communications and, where permitted, marketing communications.
  • Analyze performance, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot, improve services, and comply with law.

4. AI and private business data

We treat private business content, CRM data, customer records, internal documents, and uploaded files as confidential business information. We do not claim ownership of client content, sell private CRM contacts, or intentionally use private client data to train public AI models. Authorized infrastructure and AI providers may process data only as needed to deliver, secure, support, or improve the requested service under their applicable terms. AI outputs require human review and are not professional advice.

5. How information may be shared

We may share information with service providers that support hosting, CRM, payments, email, SMS, calls, calendars, automation, analytics, advertising, cloud storage, AI infrastructure, customer support, and professional services. We may also share information when you direct us, to complete a business transfer, or when required to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or enforce agreements.

6. Cookies and analytics

We may use essential cookies for security, checkout, forms, consent, login, and service delivery, plus optional analytics or advertising technologies where permitted. Browser and consent controls may allow you to reject non-essential cookies. Legally recognized opt-out signals will be honored where required.

7. Communications

We may contact you by email, SMS, phone, automated communication, direct message, or in-platform notice about purchases, appointments, accounts, support, security, and services. Marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Follow unsubscribe instructions or reply STOP to eligible SMS messages. Transactional or legally required messages may continue.

8. Retention and security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No system is guaranteed completely secure. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, security, accounting, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement, then deleted or de-identified where appropriate.

9. Your privacy choices

Depending on location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to withdraw consent or opt out of certain sharing. We may verify identity and retain information where legally required. Authorized agents may be asked for proof of authority.

10. Children and international use

Signalproof services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. Users working with minors are responsible for required consents. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries used by our providers, subject to applicable safeguards.

11. Media, testimonials, and case studies

We request permission before publicly identifying you or using private business information in a testimonial, recording, Spotlight, case study, or proof asset. Separate releases or consent choices may apply.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy prospectively and will post a revised date. Privacy requests: [email protected]. Support: [email protected].
